About
Our Summer Camp is an enriching and engaging 5-day childcare provision designed specifically for children during the school holidays, operating from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM each day. This programme welcomes children in Key Stage 1/2 (aged 5 to 11), providing them with a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the vibrant and diverse world of African culture. Throughout the week, participants will have the chance to learn and experience traditional African and contemporary dance forms, explore the rhythms and melodies of African music, engage in singing, and play a variety of percussion instruments. Additionally, children will participate in acting activities that incorporate African history & stories, allowing them to connect with the rich narratives and traditions that shape African heritage.
